Viaservice reviews your documents. On approval, your certificate activates and all parties — agent, local agent, shipping line — receive automatic email notification.
Port agents register containers via the mobile app, pairing them to GPS devices. Live positions update every 500 milliseconds on the map. Geofence alerts flag delays or unexpected stops.
Depot staff confirm container arrival in the app — automatically triggering Viaservice notification with no manual follow-up required.

How the Platform Enforces Compliance
The Clearing & Forwarding One-Time Password (C&F OTP) is the central compliance gate. Before a customs entry initiated in the Revenue Authority's system can be released for processing, the C&F agent must obtain a valid OTP from the platform — confirming they meet all compliance requirements.
Agent registers a customs entry in the Revenue Authority's system. The entry is placed in PENDING_OTP hold — it cannot proceed until a valid OTP is received.
Agent logs into the C&F Platform and submits an OTP request with their Customs Entry Number and PIN. The platform runs all compliance checks simultaneously.
If all checks pass — active membership, valid PIN, current trading licence, no disciplinary sanctions — the platform generates a unique OTP and transmits it directly to the customs system.
The customs system validates the OTP, matches it to the pending entry, and releases it from hold. Standard customs processing continues. Agent is notified of successful release.
Platform verifies the agent holds valid, paid-up membership with no outstanding obligations.
Real-time PIN verification against the Revenue Authority's system confirms the agent is registered and active.
Trading Licence Checker API confirms the licence is valid, not expired, and has not been suspended or revoked.
Platform checks its own disciplinary records to ensure no active suspensions or sanctions are in place.
Declaration Verification API confirms the customs entry exists and is awaiting an OTP before proceeding.
